Advanced members of the ETI must demonstrate a clear commitment to ethical trade and its integration into their core business practices. Driving year on year improvements to working conditions against a strategic plan which seeks to effectively and efficiently improve workers ability to enjoy their rights within the supply chain.
The company’s strategy is based on the nine principles of the ETI base code derived from the Conventions of the International Labour Organisation.

3.Working conditions are safe and hygienic
4.Child labour shall not be used
5.Living wages are paid
6.Working hours are not excessive
7.No discrimination is practised
8.Regular employment is provided
9.No harsh or inhumane treatment is allowed
